Forumotion not loading at all, blank white with no code

So I have a friend that I'm with on a forumotion page, and today they told me that when they came on, the page was entirely white. No page, no code through inspect element, no attempts to load further, nothing. This isn't happening to anyone else on the board, so I tell him to check other forumotion pages to see if it's just ours at http://uponherlips.forumotion.com/. Turns out, it's not, and it's the same for every forumotion page he goes to. It's even here, which is why I'm coming on his behalf. Any ideas? I dunno what's causing this, or why, but it's at a point where he can't even ask for help here, so I was hoping someone had any inkling about what was going on or how to fix it.

It loads up for me. Perhaps have them try clearing the browser cache.

advise your member to clear his cache as BlackScorpion said above 
other than that, unfortunately, we can not give any more help cause this is not a forumotion support issue, its a browser problem

Please ask your member to clear the browser and then reset there modem / internet by turning off and rebooting.

This step helps refresh the computer and the internet.
