This is probably a new feature having to do with gdpr, if that is the case, the it can not be removed, otherwise your forum would be breaching international law.

Unfortunatelly that seems to be the way our techs have decided to do it. I don't think there is any way to modify this.

Ehh, the highest instruction for limitation to like me. Maybe I'll come up with something for the aesthetics of css and html that even though it does not look bad.
