    Description of problem

    For some reason, I cannot see the chatbox. I am a registered user on the forums (linked) and I have Administrator permissions.

    I can see the chatbox on the mobile version (in Google Chrome and Samsung Internet Browser, note it is not the app version).

    Other users registered on the forums are able to see the chatbox.

    If this only happens on google chrome browser, then try clearing cache and cookies to see if it helps.

    Google chrome is notorious for having issues sometimes when the cache is full.

    it could be anything it is difficult to guess

    Check this setting in your Chrome preferences....content settings: under "Cookies" - "Block third-party cookies and site data". If that is enabled maybe you need to turn it off

    Do you have any pop up blockers enabled? If so, try turning them off

    also see if your browser is up to date

    Apparently, the Mega extension on Chrome was blocking the chatbox. Although ridiculous, at least I found the issue.

    It's all good now. Thanks for the support.
