Description of problem

Hello!

The domain of forum I am administrator of is not working anymore. I can not get to forum at all.

I was wondering whether this happened due to forum inactivity?

I would very much appreciate if you could return the domain and with that revive forum as me and some other members would love to return using it.

Unfortunately not.

Sadly we can not help anymore than we have already we would need the Email address of the founder to look in our system for your address of the forum.

Hello I have this forum listed http://hogwarts.bestofforum.net But when I try and see the forum it says it;s not found

I will make a report to out head office as this forum was not closed in any way.

Thank you all guys for your trying to guess the domain, but I'm pretty sure I got it right. I had it bookmarked so it couldn't be wrong.

You probably do have the old address correct, but the domain bestofforum.net has been discontinued on our service, your forum has been re located to a different url, we just have to find out what it is.

I would wait for Ape to get back fo you, as he has created a ticket for you so we can find out the new address.

 Reason:
We had to change "hogwarts" to "hogwarts-forum" to let it work.
This was one of the forums that had the domain name changed on the link I gave you the other day.

 Things you can do to change your address if you like is:
You can change the address in your ACP to what ever you want if you want to change your address.
Please note you will need to send a news letter to your members to tell them of the change we have done so they can find your forum again.
