Description of problem

Several years ago, i had a forum here that went inactive, and my account went inactive due to not logging in after the guild/clan fell apart, recently i checked on it bc several old members got emails from it and was told i could not access it because my account was inactivated. Now I am trying to make a new forum and it keeps telling my email address is already attached to another account, what do I do?

This issue is occurring because you have already used the email address in your inactive forum. You should still be able to log in with the founder account, do you have the URL to your forum?

Try logging into the founder tools, this way you can modify the founder account. https://www.forumotion.com/utils
Once you reach your ACP you can deactivate the forum and create a new one.
