Is there any option to set Rate me for forum user's ? So that an user can rate other users ?

Already i have this point option in my site. But i need something different. Like reputation or thanks or rate me
Points wont work by other. Its only in Admin's or Mod's hand.

When you create a personalized profile for this you have this option "Who can modify the profile field value ?" and you can choose any member so that another member can add/remove points from that member(not only mods and admins). The only problem is that members can remove or add all the points for that member.

Yes luky - this is the problem...
I know about this - but - its not good to set that option for any member's hand. Thn they will remove other's points and even they will will add their own Points...
thats why am thinking like a new way
