by Mia1 Tue 21 Aug 2018 - 21:50I cannot log in to the forum I just created, it will not accept the user name or password and it says email belongs to someone else.yet it send the activation link to the email. http://soapcity1.forumotion.com I have been trying for an hour! I couldn't even join here without using a different email. thank you for your help

Are you entering Admin as the username?

when you go your Email from us to activate your forum account did you press the link and did it take you to your forum and say it was ok to try logging in ?

I even tried logging in with just the Admin: removed screen shot as this should have been sent by PM only
I also used upper and lower cases to see if that made a difference.

we have hit the limit of logging in so you will have to hold on for 90 minuets

If it was on our end we would have hundreds of reports of this happening.
Also this topic is from August. @Ape was this issue ever resolved?
