Description of problem

I'd like to prevent Guests from viewing our members list as well as the portal, and preferably the search feature.

Basically they cannot use the bar at the top of the forum except Register and Log-In.

You can edit this by following these steps!

Open Admin Panel -> Display -> Headers and Navigation -> Nav Links -> Click the gear icon next to the links you want to edit -> Change who you want to be able to view these links.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction @jadster ! For some reason it wouldn't let me uncheck any permissions for the nav bars but I found a 'modify' link that took me to the 'Special Rights' area where I was able to prevent guests from looking at those specific nav bars.
