Form creation topic does not work

I want to inform you that the form creation topic (https://help.forumotion.com/h7-post-a-new-topic) does not work.
If I wrote not there, please move.

Thank you for your report.

I have tested this my self and found NO problem with making a thread using the tools

You MUST fill in all the boxes and give a lot of info in the bottom box it has to be at least 10 words or more

then the green finish button will show to send your post.
