    Description of problem

    I recently created a new forum with your company, I was told that if I want to have a full benefit of all the forum features I will need to upgrade to the premium plan which will cost 600credit per month. when i wanted to upgrade they requested i pay with a credit card which i did and was credited with 1000credit. Now i cannot use that credit to buy any our your services.

    The monthly option is only through PayPal, not forum credits.

    The yearly option can be purchased with forum credits.
