you mean when they use ofending words or something like that ,

you can send a private message and warn them .

It all depends on how you want to do it. You can just tell them in that thread, or if you don't want everybody to see it you could send a PM. You could create a customized profile area where you can have some sort of warning system that you feel comfortable with. It all depends on how you personally want to manage it.

You can go in and modify your bar to take a maximum of 3. That way you can set it to 0, 1, 2, or 3 for each member. Another thing you could do, rather than create a bar, is to just create the enriched text one and then you can use images, perhaps 3 stars, or 3 strikes, or something like that. The enriched text ones allow you to use html so you can put pretty much anything you want in there.
