Buttons stuck in Scrolling Message

Description of problem

Hi. I need help plz and ty. When I go in to my Admin. Panel to try to delete, add, or save scrolling messages it's like the button is stuck or something. It won't let me save either.I have other issues in my forum too. But I don't know if I have to add them all in this here post or make a new post for every problem I am having.

Nope. PSPManiacs is the name I had when I opened my forum. Then I changed it to addictsofparadise but decided to go back to the name PSPManiacs. So I changed it again to that.

disable your java 
force the default templates
try with a different browser
clear your browser cache and history

I did like you said here except the template option. I couldn't change it from no to yes. It won't let me.
All the rest I did but it's still the same and won't work.

I did not see any issues after using the account you gave me.  I was able to turn off and back on again the announcements.

I had a virus a little while back and I got my computer cleaned and that is when I couldn't do anything with my buttons in my Admin. Panel. Do you think something could have happened there?

we cannot do anything else because its not a forumotion issue, admin panel is working ok
its something in your pc , i suggest....
1. clean your browser history and cache
2. check all your pc and browser updates
3. see your browsing block list and plugins
4. check your antivirus settings

or go to a repair shop

If you know someone that has knowledge of computers, you should ask them to check it out for you.

Since the issue appeared after you had a virus and had it cleaned, you maybe want to go back to them and ask them about it.

Hello can i ask you is your setting's on your Firefox browser set to private or is your browser set not to allow cookies ?

If yes then there is your problem you can not change settings unless you let cookies in.
