Solved My forum is no longer secure (SSL certificate expired)

Post by RandomSil March 27th 2019, 10:14 am

So my forum is a mess the HTTPS and it coming back that it isn't secure for users and myself. We can still access it but it comes up as potentially harmful.

Is there a fix for this?

The exact error is CERT DATE INVALID

Edit: I turned off the certificate which is upt9 date for now to prevent the crazy pop up affecting people, but would like this fixed so I can use it.

    hello

we are aware of this problem its seems that the certificate of some of our domains has not self-renewing

We will take care of it manually and everything will be back to normal as soon as the new certificates are installed.

In the meantime, and to make the forum available and avoid displaying the error, you can switch your forum to http via the option found in various> spend credits> SSL> forum protocol> http

    We apologize for the inconvenience

    Hello,

Thank you for this notification. Don't worry, it's nothing bad. It seems that the SSL certificate of some of our main domains has not been self-renewed... Confused

We will handle it manually and everything will be back to normal as soon as the new certificates are installed. Wink

We apologize for the inconvenience caused :rose:

N.B : No need to up this topic or to post us the url of your forums. The patch will be global and will apply to all forums as soon as the new certificates are generated.

EDIT : End of maintenance. All certificates were generated. You have access to your forums again in secure mode Wink

If your forum still indicates that its certificate is being installed, don't panic. It will be available in HTTPS as soon as the installation is completed.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused :rose:
