    AP > General > Forum > Forum Deletion
    Follow the instructions.

    Important:  Do not close the AP tab when you check your email for the deletion emails (2).

    I did that, but the email they send me doesn't has a link to deleting, it only has if i want to recover it...

    You will get 2 emails that one and one with a deletion link.
