    Description of problem

    Hello,
    today I pay for the advanced package.
    I have my own domain name and it does not pass, stil shows the old name.
    i have read this topic https://help.forumotion.com/t7021-cname-redirect-an-extern-domain-name-that-you-own-to-your-board
    I'm telling you why it's been done again and they told me from the Greek forum that it kept the old name in the system. Îœaybe has happened something like that and now.

    Can you help me.

    Yes I had to wait a little and make disconnection from the old url and connect with the new one.
