Servimg Pro Account Blocked

Hello

Today at 06:25 I have noticed that my Pro account with Servimg has been blocked even though I am paying for this account.
Servimg uploader has reverted back to the old upload of Servimg with just three allowed pictures.

Has anyone got any ideas why this has happened I am sure I have not reached 65,000 uploads yet

What happens when you log into Servimg (site)?

Even when logged into my Servimg account I am still on the old Servimg and not pro

do you use this account to one forum only ?

My Servimg Pro account uploads on my other forum which I pay for, however both sites have reverted back to the basic Servimg account. The link from my account is ok however I cannot copy and paste the links in one hit, I have to do it individually. Unlike what I could do from one of my sites using forumotion.

The pro account must be used only for one account in one forum
if you use the pro account to 2 different forums then it wont work

Hi @cassini Can you please send "PM" me your Email address used to make your founders account and the address of the forum you are having the problem on. it looks like there maybe a problem.

also can you take a screen shot of the payment you made to upgrade your account (proof of payment IE paypal or other ways of paying for your pro account)

Don't forget the pro account only last for 12 months then you need to pay for it again.

As soon as i have your data i will let our head office know that we have a problem and i will get back to you as soon as i can.

I worked out that I was only paying for one account after a few days after registering with Servimg and Pay Pal
Skouliki.

PM sent as requested Ape, I did receive an email from Pay Pal this afternoon.

@cassini I have made a report about this but i think maybe the account removed it self until the payment was took today.

Is it working now we took the money from your account ?
