My forum says "server not found"

www.Insidelakeside.com When I try to connect it says server not found.

Yes, but it gets redirected to www.insidelakeside.com. I pay forumotion every month for the service.

Do you pay for your domain name by your ACP or is your domain name hosted outside of our system.
Was the payment took from paypal on time ?

Please log in to your forum using the Forum Utilities and take a look at

ACP  Home page see if your package is still turned on.

Then you need to find:

ACP >> General tab   Forum  Forum address  Personalized domain name Tab 

please take a screen shot of that page and post it here.

Also PM me a screen shot of your Email you got from paypal to show your payments have gone out in time.

This problem has not been resolved. What is the usual time to expect a resolution?

Sorry our head office has not gave a time for this my ticket is still pending for the staff to look at it.

As a monthly paying member I hope I get some resolution soon. I have checked my domain name which is current until 2025. This same thing happened a few months ago and I don't know what they did to resolve it. Thanks for all your help so far.

Hello Ape, I figured this out on my own. The Cname record where my domain name is was still showing lakechapalainfo.bigforum.com NOT lakechapalainfo.forumotion.net/. This must have changed recently and I wasn't informed. Once I changed it to the correct address it started working correctly.

oh ok as this is now solved i will close this topic and then close my ticket with the head office.
