Members being logged out when posting

I am admin for this forum: https://www.all4sheltiesuk.forumotion.com and for the past two weeks, our members are being logged out when they reply to a message or post one of their own. Usually it takes 2/3 times before the message will be posted. This applies to all members including me as admin.
Any advice would be welcome as this has been happening for 2 weeks now.
(I did try to fill in a "problem form" but I never managed to "unlock" the finish button.)

So it logs you completely out (as in you must relogin again), or the page times out? Do you get any error messages when it does this?

did you modify the templates?
did you add anything to ccs sheet or a script?

does this happen with all browsers or devices?

So the problem is that it logs us out completely and we have to log in again. It seems to happen on all browsers as members using different browsers are having the same problems. My forum is very simple and I did not do any modifications in the last 6 months...

hello can you please take a look at the following settings for me and tell me what it tells you or take a screen shot of it for me.

ACP >> Users & Groups tab >>
Users >> Users options >>
Default automatic login status : Yes or No.
Time in minutes after which the user is considered "Offline :

also are your members accepting the cookies bar on the bottom of your forum ?

If NO then this is why you are getting logged out.
you must say YES and close for our forums to let you keep logged in at all times.
Also ask your members if they are ticking the keep me logged in box when they log in ot the forum.

Members also accept the cookies (so do I)

Please change the 10 60 then save

then go to ACP >> General tab >> Forum >> Configuration >> scroll to the bottom of the page then tick the box marked >> Resynchronize your forum statistics :
then SAVE.

I have done all of this but... still logging me out on first attempt to reply to messages

I have run some basic tests on your forum and see that yes you do have a problem on your forum.

I will make a full report to our team for some one to look at it for you.

I did try and make 10 posts all logged me out of the account.

I did get to post in the chatbox with no problems at all.

Update:
Sorry for the delay on working on your problem. our head office made some change to our systems and i was asked to log in on your test account to see if i still see a problem.

After testing i still found the problem where i was logged out. Can you please test this your self and confirm that the problem is still there.

It seems to be working for me but I have asked other members to try it out and see if they can post now.

We will wait for your reply.
