    Hello. Users of my forum have said that the mobile version does not see the menu buttons that are at the top of the forum. How do I fix this problem by displaying menu buttons?

    The phone menu opens. Bookmarks, desktop site, open a new page, and so on.

    Hmm I looked at your forum and I don't see the tools on the top right of your forum.
    Please try:
    Turn off any JavaScript's and templates you may have and then try again.

    I do not know because I have never used this band. Since I created the site 7-8 years ago I never used a toolbar.

    I have many JavaScript templates. Do I all stop?

    Okay so we now know that something is messing this up.

    Now the best way to fix this is to go on your Javascripts and turn them all back on again.

    then one by one turn off each one testing the home page every time making sure to refresh the page each time.

    I clicked on my phone to show me the site on my desktop and now does not give me the mobile version on my phone. How come back to showing the mobile version of my phone?

    When you browse your forum with a mobile device on the "desktop" version, there is a link at the bottom "Mobile version". But it is not easy to click on it because this link is really small Very Happy

    To switch between mobile and desktop version on your mobile device, you can use the feature of the web browser too: https://www.techbout.com/request-desktop-version-website-android-phone-17720/. It can help you for your tests.

    I tried this option too, but the Request Desktop site is not checked and the site is displayed on the phone as a desktop version.

    Hello @smurfavr

    I just tested your forum and the problem comes undoubtedly from one of your javascripts

    By disabling JavaScript management on your forum the mobile navigation bar appears immediately Wink

    The mobile version does not see the menu buttons that are at the top of the forum. Img_0010

    I therefore recommend that you review your scripts to correct the error. In the meantime, you can disable Javascript (Modules > HTML & JAVASCRIPT > Javascript codes management > Enable Javascript code management > NO) to immediately restore mobile navigation on the forum while waiting for your patch.

    I can test which JavaScript problem comes from because I can not run the mobile version on my phone. Yesterday, from the mobile version of the mobile version without any choice, I chose a desktop sessions option and I no longer see the mobile version on my phone.

    you can return to the mobile version by clicking on the link at the bottom of your forum pages :

    As your choice is saved in your mobile browser cookies, you can also return to the mobile version which is your default browser version on mobile devices by emptying the cookies of your mobile browser Wink

    I paused each JavaScript individually, but the mobile version buttons did not appear. What do I do to show up?

    Could the problem come from CSS Styles?

    I stopped 3 times in a row all JS, but the menu did not show up. What can the problem come from?

    It is 100% your Javascript's doing it not your CSS files.

    Sadly I don't have time to help find it for you right now but maybe later tonight i can take a look for you.
    if you send me a test account with admin right by pm then i can take a look later tonight and then tell you here what one is the problem it may even be 2 or 3 of them i don't know.

    You might have to clear your browser's cache and history when you remove/add a JavaScript.  Sometimes your cache gets messed up.

    No i have not made any change i have just come online now and go your PM and i can't log in on your forum.
    your Password and username is not working for me so i think it maybe you still have it turned off on your Javascripts.
