    Description of problem

    Hi,

    I created this forum way back in 2008/2009.
    http://eceb.forumotion.com
    Looks like some setting in admin panel prevents me from resetting my password.
    "The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security"
    my username: neo
    Could you please help in removing that setting.

    Send to a moderator or administrator by private message, the url of your forum and the foundation email and they will solve the problem, indicate in the title of the lost password message

    I am having some log in issues with my forum and my previous username here; I had to re-register. As per rules, need to make one post atleast before I contact an admin here. Pls. enable my private messaging.
