    When the problem appeared : when I sign into my site as administrator I still see the ads as my members do and it was never like this before.

    Description of problem

    the ads still show when I sign into my site I see the ads and I am not supposed to see them ! Why am I seeing them?

    you have to buy a Forumotion package to be able to deactivate them https://help.forumotion.com/t155623-disabling-ads-on-your-forum
