New Registration E-Mail Error

When I activate a new registration I find these email error messages

Any ideas what the problem is with the emails

It is most likely that the emails are not valid and/or no longer working.

It's never wise to post emails on a public forum so, for your safety and others, I have removed the screenshots. If you can provide the same screenshot but strikeout the emails, that would be better. Thanks!

These emails are not disposable but gmail.com and outlook.com

Viewing the second screenshot for the user vicecity2, you can see the error message states “mailbox unavailable.”

This means that the email could not be delivered, the email address(es) are either invalid or no longer in use. You could try email them manually and double check.

Yes we have a new system that now makes sure the Email address is 100% real and working.
If the Email address is not real or not used any more then you will get the message saying there is a problem.

you can do one of two things.
You can just okay it your self and not worry about it or you can try and email the member by your forum tools and ask them if they got the Email from you.

If there is no reply then you can just Stop the new account from making it's way in your forum.

If the Email gets t the member and you get a reply then let us know and we will make a report on the matter.

Thanks for the advice, I have activated their accounts and sent a PM regarding their email addresses.

It's not my intention to hijack this topic, I only want to confirm that this is happening on my forum too.
2 new members get's the message that their emailaddres might not be valid, one from an own domain from the member and one from Hotmail, but both addresses are in perfect working order, I tested that, sending emails and receiving answers works flawless @APE!
So maybe the filter is set to be a little to strict..?

Hello @cassini you know the member you have had a problem with the Email address ?

Dose it still show the members email has a error on ?

I am also seeing the same messages. Only once has the email been invalid. I would say 4 out of 5 times they were valid.
