Pop-Up after Logging In?

I'm not sure what this even is but every time I log into a forumotion forum and then click on anything on the page the first time after logging in I get a pop-up that links to this site: https://tracking.prmtracking.com/click?pid=3&offer_id=
I'm not sure if it's an ad or something else because my anti-virus protects me from it, whatever it is. It happens on my forums, my friend's forums, and every other forumotion forum I visit. What comes after "offer_id=" is different each time but the rest is always the same.
What is it and how do I make it stop?

Unfortunately, yes, which I felt was weird. It's all forumotion forums I've visited and logged in to but only forumotion forums, not other websites or forums from other hosts. I don't know if the pop-up is an ad or something else since my anti-virus blocks it so wasn't sure if I should post in the other thread about it or make a new thread.

Hmm That is really strange it would happen here as we don't use ad's on our Support forum the only ad we have is our own and that is not linked to any outside host it just shows up as we made it to help us advertise our new Clubs forum.

It would help if we had a link to the popup you get but as your ad's blocker is stopping it then we can't help that much as we do not see what you see.

The anti-virus is blocking it. And as that's the case I don't know if it is an ad or something else entirely, but what I do know is that it only happens at forumotion forums.

Does your anti-virus program give any information about what  it detects?

Not beyond telling me that it blocked it because it would be harmful. My anti-virus provides more detail about harmful files and such than it does about harmful urls. I'm typically just happy enough to close the tab when it gets blocked and never visit the url again. I'm not really one to take chances on anything potentially harmful.

Could you try again and take a screenshot of the message that pops up?

maybe it is something that you accidentally add to your browser so look at your extensions or maybe with a program installation you said yes to optional installs so take a look at the uninstall option/control l panel

Aside from system updates nothing new has been installed on my computer for months and I haven't added any new extensions to my browser in even longer. I double checked and triple checked everything I have and the settings for them and nothing on my computer is doing anything it's not supposed to do. I tried my travel computer that I've only added chrome and my anti-virus to in order to be sure and that didn't change anything. Plus, it's only forumotion forums that this happens with. I would think it would happen at other sites as well if the issue were on my end.
