Templates randomly not loading

Description of problem

Hi,

I have been noticing that, from time to time, some parts of the website doesn't appear to load correctly.
In some page loads - not all - sometimes the server doesn't render some parts of the template (like the head or the index page), presenting all sort of issues.

I have notice that this is a issue that happends in ALL the forumotion websites, even this help fórum. Probably is related with the templates modified, but isn't becouse of any change made within them.

Appears like the server is just "not presenting" some part of the template files. For instance, here is a example from the "help.forumotion.com", where the header isn't loading some of is contents, leading to the misconfiguration of the page - becouse css, scripts, etc aren't being loaded:


Again, this is a server side issue that happends in all the forumotion websites - the screenshot is from this domain. There is no way to predict when it happends, it just happends with random page loads (a refresh of the page normaly fix the issue for some time).

I noticed a problem: increasingly, my templates are replaced with default templates and vice versa. jumps. this has not happened before. did nothing in scripts

Note that i have notice this issue in the past few months (maybe 2-3 months), isn't something from now...

But hope to see some progress in solve it.

Hello, I would like to report a problem that lasts a good two weeks. I have a forum on phpbb2, however, the error is about refreshing templates and css when saving changes. I have shown in this screen that after approving changes to templates for example. index_body does not automatically save changes.

If you refresh the page once or twice you still get no results?

We have been having a global problem where sometimes at random the templates and css do not load either at all, or properly. Our techs are aware of the issue and have been working on a fix, however, we have no news on it's progress yet.

Usually simply refreshing the page should make it appear normal again.

Yes I refreshing the page, but when I do it modification with my forum have longer the same problem. Okey I will be waiting for news.

Until now everything appears to be fine. As this happends at random times, is still early to check, but i will wait a little more and test it out
