like i said it can take up to 2 days 48hrs some times it takes longer.
Please make sure you have installed it in the right way.

Perfect now is ok, but tell me how to proceed next time. When i have to install it before the end of this sertificate?

Once it's installed on your forum it is there forever unless you change the name and the URL of your forum.
It will never get removed.
