Member can't post to chat box

Need a bit of help please.

I have Cbox for chat on my forum http://taggersrealm.forumotion.com/

I followed direction from here to my my forum secure. Problem is that I have one member who can not post to the CBox.
She's a life long friend and has been a member of my groups. CBox link. https://www.cbox.ws/?r=7-629868

Is there a way to fix this problem?

I don't care for the live chat box furnished by Forumotion. Yes, I tried it. Members complained and ask for CBox back.

If there's no fix for this problem can you point me in the direction to another chat box that isn't a live chat?

Figured I'd ask here first since she could post before I made the site secure following the info to do so from here.

She can post to it if I reverse the secure setting in the ACP. So, I know the problem isn't CBox.

From all your members only this member have this problem?
If yes tell your member to clear their browser cookies and retry
Also to try with another browser

My advice here @TWYLYGHT is to try and update the code you get from Cbox it maybe the code used from them is not linking right as they would have done a update for the address HTTP to HTTPS.

If that don't work then i would Email them or call them and tell them as we don't help on outside hosted items.
