Description of problem

Hello. I'm the new headadmin on the forum. I'm writing this request as it's an rpg forum, the last admin was kicked out by the rest of us for acting in a manner we disliked, but he didn't have the courtesy of sharing his founder account passwords, we're unable to do backup, we're unable to do anything without it, to be honest. I'm writing this request of assistance. Is there possibility to reset the password and send me the new passwords? For more details hit me on my E-mail. I'll answer any questions necessary for this procedure.

Exactly the founder can do whatever he/she wants with his/hers forum.  When you say kicked out, what exactly do you mean?  If he/she did not give you the information then he/she is still teh founder of the founder.  If he/she has logged into the account, you will not be able to take over the founder's account.

What i mean by kicked out. Let me explain it.
This particular founder i'm speaking of is a person that got a password from the previous founder. He left the forum, leaving the administration on the edge of their sits, because every change we try to make. We're simply concerned that will be in vain, because the one person that doesn't even log on that account. I'm not entirely sure of previous statement because I'm not able to tell if he logs or doesn't log on there. But i'm pretty sure that he can do that. Not sure if he's done it or not.
Do i have to wait six months and get the signatures of the other members of administration? Or there's a quicker way?

Unfortunately you will have to wait the six months and make a topic asking what others think about you taking over the forum. Unfortunately, since the last founder gave this person the password, he basically made him/her the new founder, which they have every right to do. So for the time being they are the founder, and we can't do anything unless they don't sign in for 6 months and 1 day, or voluntarily hands the founder account on to you.

It turned out that the problem lies somewhat differently than we thought. We thought that the founder's account was separate from the "Admin" account. We have codes to log in to it - they were given to us. However, for some reason they do not work on the founding account. Friend of mine said that he have similiar problem nad you guys helped him. We hace screenshots with our Admin log-ins.
I'm hope that you can help us.

What do you mean by codes to login?

Password of course. What else could it be?

Well you said codes to log into the founder's account. Code and passwod are not the same thing.

In polish it could be the same. My fault. It is not changing fact that we can log-in into Admin account but not into Founder Account. And its the problem.

The founder is the one that needs to come and ask for help since he/she will have information that just an administrator does not know.

Let me clear this up for you.

The founder account is the head Admin account (The owner of the forum)
Any other Admin account's are just co Admin's (members trusted to help run the main forum When the founder is not about)

Now if you are a Co admin you only have some tools in the Admin page.
Now if you are a Co admin then we can not help with passwords as this is done by the Founder not us.

Now if you are the founder of the forum then we can help you.
If the founder is not active for 6 months and one day then we can look at making one of your members the NEW Founder of the forum. There is NO other way to give founder right's unless the founder has been away for so long.

Even after the change of founder the old founder has the right by law to get the forum back if they so wish.

I can tell you that the founder's account has been active in the last couple days so you will not be able to take over the account.

If so, the question was whether you saw activity on Admin account directly on the forum or on the founding account itself. If on the forum - we logged in to take screenshots that we can send to PM. If on the founding account itself - I dont know whats going on.

Just to make sure you all are talking about the same thing:
The forum Founder account is the forum's first user: /u1 - its nickname is Admin.

Admin has been recently logged-in:

If you have access to the Admin account then you are the owner of the forum. The person who has access to the first account ever made on the forum which exists on

that is the owner. With that account you can have access to anywhere you want in the forum and you can "deduct" someone from his rights. That and only that account is what matters here because only the first user (/u1) is what is needed for this matter.

Not at all...

To clarify. We can log-in into the admin. But we cant do it with Utilities. W used old one email and password. We used new one email and password. We used old email and new password and and conversely. Nothing work.

If its necessary I can send for someone screens with log-in and IPs to Admin onto website https://vampireknight.forumpl.net/

But we cant log-in into Utilities so we cant do such a basic thing as backup.

So the original founder gave you the information for the founder's account on the forum, bit not the utilities?  What are you exactly trying to do?  If the original founder did not change the utilities information, it will be the email and password used when creating the forum.

Wait a minute!  Was it the founder that was kicked out?  If yes, I am surprised he/she would share the founder's information.  Something sounds fishy about all this.
