So I disabled guests from viewing Members List.....

...and while my forum was under construction, a Guest was browsing the forum and when I looked to see where they were, it said they were Viewing Members List. How can that be? Both when members list is only available to members AND the forum was offline for almost an hour?? Seems like there's a bug there somewhere.

A second question would be, if I switch the forum to "Under Construction" while a logged in member is browsing, do they get the Under Construction message? Or browse as normal because they're already logged in?

If guests view the memerlist, they will only see the login boxes.  They will not see the memberlist.

They would get the "Under Construction message" at their next page refresh/change.
