    Solved Website/forum not loading at all

    Concerned browser(s) : Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Other
    Who the problem concerns : All members
    When the problem appeared : Recently, last month or so.

    Description of problem

    Many members are having problems accessing our website/forum. I believe it may be related to an SSL security certificate issue. I can access the forum only via Safari on my iphone browser.

    When trying to access the forum via Chrome on my desktop I get a typical "website not secure" warning.

    When I ignore the warning and try to advance to the website I get a "ERR" error from Chrome. It says the server location is: http://m91.maxns.net/

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    hello

    did you buy your domain via forumotion? did you have the SSL activated before you bought the domain?

    It is purchased through forumotion and i'm sure the settings would've been default. We didn't edit the SSL settings at all to my knowledge prior to this issue.

    Indeed, a certain delay is necessary as for the generation of an SSL certificate for a personal domain. We are all good now on your forum on https://www.steelersxtreme.com/ Wink
