Forum seems to have been deleted

I created a forum some nine+ years ago. Last night I couldnt enter the site. Im wondering what happened, since it was a pretty active forum.

i can see that the admin was logged in on March 2020

Hello once again.

It seems that the certificate used by forumotion has transpired, which causes most of my devices and web browsers to fail loading the site.

My iPad says the following:

"Dom20200310-9.forumotion.com, released by Lets encrypt authority x3.
Not trusted.
Expired: 2020-08-08, 04:38:53."

If further information is needed, I can upload screenshots.

You need to add the SSL certificate after adding the domain name.  If you did it first, it is connected to the default link.


some more information..you have to have the advanced or premium package to use a domainname

If you have a domain name and no package then your domain name will not work, Now if you renew to one of our packages then yes your domain name will become live again.

I did buy the advanced package and do have SSL activated. Altho, my domain name request hasnt been processed yet, so Im guessing this is the hold-up at this point. Thanks for the reply, I will wait until the domain name request has been approved, then double-check the SSL and try again.

the activation of the domain name requires approximately 72 hours (working days) sometimes more

just to inform you there was an issue with the SSL configuration since yesterday, which impacted some forums with a custom domain name and have enabled the HTTPS protocol. 
The access issue is now resolved online , your forum is ok for me please check it also
