Description of problem

Hello!

So, I've been running into an issue with the forum I am working on.

I am the founder of the site and I am unable to change any templates or modify any templates or add any. I've tried multiple avenues of getting this to fix and it doesn't seem to be working.

If someone could help me fix this problem, that would be fantastic!

Are you in advance mode in the AP?  Also are you using the founder's account?

Also what happens when you click any of the options below templates from the left side column?

I am the founder and in the founder's account. I was able to click the gear, but I'm not able to get the code to work that I'm trying to add for members. However, that's an issue for another time.
