New Member can't join

HI I need Help as I have someone wanting to join my forum and she gets this every time she tries :

You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password.

So she is trying to login after registering?

She is just trying to join she is part of another forum group and is wanting to join mine too as I lost a ton of stuff when my pc died again. Not sure why she is getting this though as she is part of Unforgettable Deigns.

Check to see if the account was not created:  AP > Users & Groups > Users > Inactive Users

Not sure what she did but it worked she's joined. Thanks for your help.
