Description of problem

Hello, i just purchased 1000 credits but i cannot use them to redeem my premium package on my forum, can you help me redeem my premium package using my credits please?

Yearly- credits only
Monthly - PayPal only

Are you trying to use credits for the yearly option?

i am trying to redeem monthly, but it only shows option for paypal on both

You can not use credits for monthly you can only use credits on yearly payment.

You must use paypal for monthly SLGray had them the wrong way round.

are you positive I can renew premium once I have enough credits? I don’t want to buy 7000 credits and it not work, thanks again for the reply.

You can renew your package whenever you want by buying the 7000 credits, but if you have to renew a domain you must also buy 1200 more credits.You must wait until the package is about to expire about 60 days, you will have a notice in your administration panel so that renew.
