    Description of problem

    Hello, I have been trying to delete my forums: https://ttlowned.forumotion.com/, however, the deletion email is not sending. I checked all inboxes, even switched the forum AND Admin emails, tried to delete again, the email is still not sending.

    So the issue is that you are not receiving the emails?   Have you checked your spam box/folder?

    When you delete a forum are you making sure you keep the forum browser open and you are typing DELETE in all caps ?

    I have tested this on my test forum and it was working fine.

    Never mind, the emails have come through this morning, thank you! Smile

    The old deletion codes they sent me are currently not working however, so Ill probably have to wait a few for the next one.
