Someone hacked one of our admins account

Well the title says it someone hacked one of our admins account and he keeps threatening us and also he keeps banning members please help.

Administrator or founder account?  If it is just an administrator, the founder can just removed the account from the administrator group.

Yes it was an admin account that got hacked.

and also I wanted to add that @Roberto Erick Montaño user hacked the admin account of our forum.

The founder is the one that creates the forum, with its nick, password and mail account and has access to the entire forum administration panel.In that forum is 55Degrees the founder /u1
A normal admin do not have access to the whole panel only to most functions but not those that are only intended for the creators of the forum.
Forumotion accounts can not be hacked, to that administrator possibly someone, has hacked your personal mail account then he must change the passwords of all yours mail accounts, for other strong, or someone facilitated to the hacked ,the input data.

With the backup you can recover everything that has done badly the supposed hacker

Admin account and founder account is not the same.

 Founder:
Is the owner of the forum (The person who made the forum from day one)

 Admin's:
Admins are members who was added to the ACP settings to help run the forum for the founder. (This member can only see part of the Admin Control page not all of it.)

 Mods:
Are staff members who can't see the Admin page at all they just have day to day staff tools to help on the main forum.

Now If a admin account has been hacked then you can change the username, The password, and most of all get the real admin to make a new Email address NEVER used on a forum before, then you change it using the founders account.

If it's the founders account you need to do the same thing.

Change Email address and password user name is not a problem.

 Backup's

If the hacker has deleted members then you will need to do a backup of members only.

Please note if you do a backup you will need to add all your staff back to the settings so they have power again.

Simply put the founder account is the creator of the forum, only 1 person has this account, the founder can then add Admins and Moderators, so if your the founder of the forum simply remove/delete the account that is causing the trouble. Are you the founder/ creator of the forum?

The account was hacked is only an admin account. however the hacker is cause us pain and trouble because he banned members plus we have discovered that there are some important post that got deleted is there any chance we can get it back ?

Also we have learned that the hacker registered here in the support forum his account was @Roberto Erick Montaño because he keeps threatening us by reporting our forum here in the support forum to cover up his identity and make his plan to destroy and sabotage our community.

Ok thank you @SLGray I will try and see if we restore the deleted threads.

The member I tagged is the hacker of our forum. He used to write at our forum admin panel and threatened us that he will report our forum here in case his plan do not work. Please banned that member and never listen to him he is a disgusting person to ruined such our community.
