Where can I find the privileges for Moderators to use Sticky

I am looking and I have been unable to find where to give permission for Moderators to use Sticky to pin topics.

I and only me alone can do this at the moment as Admin.

I am a bit confused where to look. I spent all day.

I am using ModernBB

When I click Edit a post I get the ability in options to put a sticky up. I tried an Alt account to see if the moderators have the ability after one said she couldn't. To my surprise it was missing from her and my alt screen.

Please help. I really appreciate a simple how to ... Any coding I will need APE or someone. LOL You all know I am useless.

Go to admin panel-general-category and forums
Choose the category you want and go to the permissions tab
Then scroll down to the permissions and you will see the option
Create a sticky message

Also you have to be in advanced permission mode to see the option to create a sticky.
