Signatures Not Rotating

Description of problem

What do I do to make all members signatures rotate (change image each time page refreshes/loads) when members use an image rotate service such as http://imagerotation.com/? This works in other platforms but not in Forumotion. It has worked for me in the past in other FM groups, but suddenly stopped awhile ago. Would love for my members to be able to use this option. Thanks!
