you can hide a user and the posts he/she makes by adding him/her to your foe list from Profile settings ...Friends & Foes

the foes list system acts like the ignore or block feature on many social media sites (such as facebook), etc..this means the system will not display any messages from any user on that list, it also will not allow that person to pm you ...the system does all this only for users that are on your foes list

note that admins can not add members to the foes list as you are staff and staff always need to see the posts made by all members

If a member don't want to read or reply to other members then I think they are in the wrong forum lol

The only way to stop others from seeing your posts from a member is to do as skouliki has said and that is to put the members in the Foes list that way they can't see the post from them members.

I think this is a little childish of them members thou.

ha ha yes maybe, but I know that many forums have an ignore function so that members can insert another member there and then prevent seeing the member's new tropic and comments - I will see if the answers here solve it.

is it the one called Allow friends / foes management, which I have to put yes to instead of no?

but it must be a member himself who can ignore another member - not through me as admin!

And that the member in question himself can cancel ignoring the function of another member?
