Detail description : I need 3 different ones. One for "New Posts", one for "No new posts" and one for "forum is locked". You can see the ones I currently have at the bottom of the index page. I was something that looks a little more book-ish. What was suggested when I got a review recently was maybe get some books with different color covers. Or maybe have a couple of candles (one lit and one not lit) which would kind of play into the name of the forum, the Fireside Chats. If you are going to do the candle option, I would like to ask for a third one that's maybe X'd out or something like that for the "forum is locked" option. I hope this helps. I know of a site that has some different candle icons on it but they are all candles that are lit. I don't know if there is anyway to take some of them icons and make an un-lit one and make another one that is crossed out. I had tried looking through the stuff on this site before posting a graphic request on here. Would it be okay to share this site on here or share some of the icons from this site?

be sure that the icons are commercial-free and can be modified cause usually sites have policies for their images

Okay. The site that I mentioned previously can be found [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. When I type in "candle" or "candles", it'll pull up the ones they have on hand. I have not found where is says that they are commercial free or whether they can or can't be modified. I don't see where it says that. Do you know where on the site it would tell you that info?

IconArchive is a great resource, but through a google search I also found this site which has hundreds of candle icons, some are commercial free, some aren't you have to check and find out, but try having a look through these and see if there is something you like: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] .

P.S Skouliki, and BlackScorpion hope you don't mind me poking my nose in here a little into this topic, I just been following the progress of their forum since the review. Feel free to yell at me later if you want .

Well, I don't want something too dark because the "theme" I'm using on the forum currently is kind of dark already. So, I was thinking of something of lighter color. I was thinking of something gold in color.

I really don't know, I mean definitely something with a dark background to match you design, but maybe a yellow candle so it is close to the color scheme of the the current icons? See when my strong suite is on coming with up ideas and making suggestions. An eye for graphic design is not my strong suite. That's why they pay Skouliki and BlackScorpion the big imaginary bucks and I get the small imaginary bucks .

Basically if it were my forum, I would try for a yellow or orange wick candle, one with flame and one without, but both on a black background. That will match your design perfectly. But ultimately it is up to you, I don't want to tell you how to design your forum. If you have a vision for something lighter go for it.

In any case I believe all Skouliki and BlackScorpion need is a basic candle image to work with, then they can turn into whatever you need.

we know all these pages, the icons provided are not all free

most of the icons have attribute licenses so we have to search each icon to check the license individually thats why we prefer the member to choose the icon she prefers instead of giving us the whole page
