    Hello, I am not an administrator, but a user in a certain forum. Is it possible to retrieve private messages /my and a user's sent to me/ somehow? I know I can keep certain messages, but the exact ones I need are old and no longer available.

    no, if both of you have deleted them

    also there is no way to get back deleted pms even if you were the founder with a forum back up
