Member Cannot See Posts With Borders

Description of problem

I posted about this a while ago, but the member just now got back to me about this problem.
One member, Dark, cannot see my posts that have the decorative borders on them. This is the info she gave me:

Desktop is Lenovo Laptop is HP
I use Chrome Tried waterfox and opal - nada
I have win 10 and it's all up to date
Catch cleared I use CCLeaner
this site is unblocked from my firewall

I did send a guest admin and regular member account info to admin here when I first posted about this problem, but the forum shows fine for them as well as all other members/staff. It is just this one member having trouble.

Any suggestions? Could it have something to do with the java on her pc? Think that's what it is called that makes animations show I think. I know I used to get notices about updating it.

Ask the member to go in their profile and see if the following settings are turned on for their account.

click on Profile in the navbar >> Preferences tab find :

Always allow BBCode : set this to YES
Always allow HTML : Set this to YES
then make sure they save the settings then see if the problem is still there.

They may need to clear the browser's again.

As far as I know she is the only one this is happening too. I am not sure about the adblocker, but I will ask her.

Okay it dose look like a problem with the members system and not anything we can help with if they have used other browsers and all the settings are set right as the screen shot shows.

I can't see it being the members antivirus software as it's only tables and boarders not showing.
Yes it could be what @Niko said but i really can't see it being that thou.

She says she had a tech, not sure what kind, that looked and can't find an answer either. Not sure where or what they looked at, just what she told me.

If your member has a Mobile phone ask them to log in using that and see if they still get the same problem.

@penny¢ I do not remember where I read it, but I remember that even the single presence of ADBlock installed may cause problems on Forumotion forums.

Can you ask dark to completely remove it and see if something changes?

Dark has removed the adblocker and reports she can now see the border posts. Hooray!
