    So you  are saying the support forum is the problem or all forums hosted by us ?

    Please try the following.
     Basic Troubleshooting:
    The problem is the forum is very slow and opens with difficulty 1f6a9 Clear your browser cache. See here.
    Restart your modem / hub
    Add the forum to the whitelist of your internet security software.
    Run a scan on your Computer / Tablet, Phone.

    Hi My forum https://www.modars1.com/ is facing some problems ..The BBcode editor panel has disappeared and there is no editor panel plus it is taking very long time to load ... I tried Firefox, chrome as well as explorer n faced the same issues..please rectify ..

    Hello

    you cleared you browser cookies/ cache and you still have problems ?
    The issue with the editor may be caused by a javascript conflict or by editing your templates so
    - disable your javascript and retry
    - force the default templates and retry

    I did all of that and it didn't solve the problem
