Questions about hidden forums

I have had a couple hidden forums all along . I know that no one can see their contents . Not even I can see them if I log out and view as a guest or a regular member .

Yesterday I made a couple more hidden forums . But something is different . When I log out . And view as a guest . I can still see them in the scrolling " LATEST TOPICS " . And if T click on a topic I get this screen . As a guest.



And I can see them scrolling in the " LATEST TOPICS " .As guest .

Does this mean everyone can see them too ?

This has never happened before . They usually always remain hidden to all .

have you checked the permissions of the new hidden forums you made to be sure that is the same as the other hidden permissions you have ?
On the admin panel in the forum section, into the forum when modifying it ... Permissions ... Allow admins to view and read only.

It's all about permissions and how you set them up. You selected to hide links for quests but allowed forum to be seen for all.

Yes . That is what I tried to do .



Then I would go back and find that they had changed a little . I would try it again . They would not stay . Various other combinations .



There were 7 of them . I was filling with topics/forums . To be revealed when finished . I just didn't want them seen until then .

IDK why they would not lock in the settings all the way .

But I finished creating them and have now unlocked them .

Maybe 7 was over a limit ?

yes the second image ...first field must be administrators and not all
