Is a refund possible or partial refund possible?

I'm using a Premium package but it's not being used at all. It's my fault. I can't blame members, but I have 311 days left of premium and was wondering if a partial refund was possible. Basically, can i downgrade back to a free version and get a partial refund for any unused time? If not, I fully understand. If so, please let me know how to proceed. Thank you so much.

The purchase of products and services from forumotion.com entitles the buyer to a right of withdrawal within 15 days of the purchase, unless such products and services have been used in any way. In this case, the withdrawal period ends and it becomes impossible to cancel the purchase or obtain a refund.
