The AP (Administration Panel) link is always at the end of the forum
AP - Display - Choose a theme - Version - Change version
Or you can use this instead https://your-site.com/admin

There is no such link showing. Is that because I just created it and I'm waiting for some type of validation?

You need to be logged on the forum as "Admin" instead of "Jazzy".
The password is the one you specified when you created the forum. The password is also listed in the email you received to activate the forum.
