Notifications Bar Disappears

This is a post from a member and other members are having similar problems.

I use a HP notebook running Windows 10 Pro. When I first boot-up and start the forum the Chrome browser, the pull down banner at the very top (which includes the Notifications button) is visible. I can access it no more than twice before it disappears for the remainder of the time the notebook is turned on. Tomorrow morning when I start-up, it will do the same.

This has been the case since I reported this bug in my May 9 post. I do not have the problem on my iOS devices, so have ruled-out any account profile specific settings as the cause. [/h4]

does it happen on every page? or only in some specific ones?
Because I tried to access your forum (I can only see the login page) - and it seems to work there!

Eventually, could you provide (in private) a test account and a link where I can try to reproduce the issue?

Seems to happen regularly for some folks and never for others.

@Setter the problem is that if we cannot reproduce the issue, it is really hard to understand what it causing the issue

We need to be able to reproduce it I am afraid

Understood--don't worry about it as its a minor issue, but I needed to be faithful to my constituents and give it a try.
