Can't upload pics using Servimg

Hi guys

I'm having problems with Servimg - when I try to upload images on my forum it tells me to log in to Servimg but when I go to the Servimg site it tells me my password is incorrect so I clicked on 'forgot password'...they sent me an email with a link to click on but when I go back to the site it tells me to use the password they sent me in the email but as you can see from this screenshot there isn't a new password so I still can't log in. And now, obviously, Servimg has changed my original password.

Clearly I can upload images here, so why not on my own forum? I was able to upload images this morning, but not now. I've deleted forum cookies, I've cleared my browser etc.
