Help with Adding a Photo on my page.

I opened a forum a few months ago, and had a few problems and decided to forget it for awhile. Well...I am back. lol I'd really like to get this thing going, and I am not able to get a photo up instead of the Logo. Can someone give me step by step directions?
Also, when I tried to go to list of pictures, etc. It would go back to Style, or Forum.
Seems I had to re-do a few times in order to get there. What am I doing wrong?

Forum main logo : This is the one you want to change.

I tried, and for some reason it is not working. I tried the direct link and then placed it in the space..Nothing.
Not sure what I am doing wrong.

uhmm are you clicking save at the bottom center?

Try and upload it straight from your pc instead of a direct link

I tried from my files, and then from photobucket, and yes, I am clicking to save...

You seem to be doing it right...can you try it using another theme and see what happens...you can always restore the theme you have now.
