PMs Not Loading

Good morning! I'm having an issue with private messages not loading. They won't let me click on them if the message subject is very short like one word, such as "Hello!" I will hover my mouse over the new message, but it won't let me click on it almost as if there is some kind of clicking deadzone.

If the messages have a longer subject, then it will let me click on it and load it.

What's wrong?
