Watermark option

Hello all,

Would it be possible to have a watermark option available when hosting a image in a forum post?
I can see there have been members asking about this but those posts are many years old.

And if the answer will be No; would it then be possible to know why? Is it to complicated or expensive?
Im just curious about that

Hello, there are image editing programs that already have the possibility of putting a watermark, I don't see this as necessary by default in the forums.

There are indeed and most of them are not free, as what i noticed in a quick search.
Next to that you have to educate all users to first watermark each picture themselves before posting in the forum.

It would be easy if there is a option for the forum admin to "enable" a (simple tekst) watermark option where it automaticly adds this to every image that is being posted.

I seen that post before but i can tell you that i have no clue on how to write that script.
Dont see any example script that i can copy and adjust. There are many codes posted and it just confuses me.

I got the watermark script working for my forum. But you can click on the image that leads you to the Servimg page where it obviously doesnt show the watermark there.
This means that the image can still be copied in there without watermark.

Is there maybe a way to disable the image hyperlinks?
In both ways you can click on the image.
